Robert A. Stariha
Robert graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
and was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1978. Shortly after
his admission, he came to Michigan and was admitted into practice in
November of the same year. Since then, Robert has been engaged in
private practice in Fremont and Muskegon. In April of 1998, he
established his own firm, Stariha Law Offices, P.C., and since then has
maintained offices in both Muskegon and Fremont.
Robert Stariha emphasizes practice in the areas of Debtor and
Consumer representation, both in business and personal bankruptcy.
He also practices legal issues involving wills, estate planning and
probate, real property law and civil litigation.
Timothy F. Johnson
Timothy F. Johnson graduated with a B.A. in Business from Michigan
State University in 1987, and received his Juries Doctorate from
Florida State University College of Law in 1991. Admitted to the
Michigan Bar in May of 1992, he worked in private practice in Grand
Rapids from May of 1992 until October of 1999. From there, he
became a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustees' office until March
of 2006. In April of 2006, he joined Stariha Law Offices, P.C., and
opened an office at 200 N. Division in Grand Rapids.
Valerie M. Smulders
Valerie M. Smulders graduated with a B.A. in Anthropology and
Women's Race and Ethnicity. She received her Juris Doctorate degree
from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in Business
Transactions. Valerie became interested in Law through her studies at
the University of Michigan where she volunteered for a "Women in
Prison" program and mentored children whose parents were
incarcerated. Valerie's area of practive include Family Law, Estate
Planning, Real Estate, Lanlord/Tenant, Social Security Disability, and
Business Transactions. She was admitted into the Michigan Bar in May
of 2011.
